It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Mae (Cybroski) Billowitz DeGroat (Sussex, New Jersey), who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Jule Cybroski and Stanley Cybroski; her husband William Billowitz; her daughter Melissa Kennedy (Billowitz); her close friend Roger DeGroat; her sister Sharon Rodriguez; her nieces, Melanie Gonzalez and Noelle Rodriguez; her grandsons, William, Patrick and Luke Kennedy; her son-in-law Derek Kennedy; her stepchildren, Chantz DeGroat and Sarah Cino; and her stepgrandchildren, Chantz and Gage DeGroat.
Since Sandie decided against having services, she would appreciate your consideration in making a donation in her memory to the American Legion Post 213 in Sussex, where she was an active member of their Auxiliary.
