He was predeceased by : his parents, William B. Lewis, Sr. and Mary Alice Lewis (DiGiulian); his son Craig W. Greene; and his brother Mark B. Lewis. He is survived by : his brother Steven B. Lewis of Maryland; his close friend Candy Leonard (Ryan); his goddaughter Chelsea Padgett (Ryan Westpy); and also Jeffrey Berger.
