She was predeceased by: her husband Percellus Jones, Jr.; her parents, Vivian Woods and Eduardo Woods; her aunt Cassie Dowell; her siblings, Rita Madero, Gloria Fruge and Dr. Edward A. Woods; her daughter-in-law JoAnn Duke Jones; her sisters-in-law, Lynn Woods, Henrietta Smalls and Rosalee Catherine Richards; her nephew Gregory Richards; and her niece Melaine Francis.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin (Jala), Lawrence (Kim), Russell (Claire) and Bradley (Rosita); her goddaughter Sharon (Thomas); her grandchildren, Kevin Amir, Dara, Molly, Brian, Oliver and Camille; her siblings, Vivian Francis, Sylvia Hollar, Robert (Audrey) and Larry Woods; and her nieces and nephews, Debra, Keith, Michael, Steven, Dana, Courtney, Edward, Cheryl, Michelle, Caryn, Neville, Joseph, Gerald, Michele, Kenneth, Daryl, Eldridge, Mark, Allyson and Byron.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Church of Saint Charles Borromeo (211 W 141st St, New York, NY 10030). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
