He is survived by: his wife Digna; his children, Frank Jr. (Evelyn), Kathy (Victor) and Christina (Alfred); his grandchildren, Kaia, Justin and His; and his sisters, Ana and Lucy. He is also survived by extended family members sisters, cousins, nieces and nephews.
