He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Peñalver; his daughter Courtney Peñalver; his stepchildren, Leslie-Ann Stephen, Diann Shacklewood and Daniel Shacklewood; his aunts, Mercedes Camacho and Olga Fernández; his uncle Raul Fernández, Jr; his nephew Christopher Haskins; and also, Zhandra Camacho, Sonia Caruk, Santa Diaz and Ajani Fernández Cook. He is also survived by other relatives and his friends.
