He is survived by: his wife Louise; his daughters, Andrea Campbell, Karen Hill and Janice Perez; his stepson Clayton Charlton; his sons-in-law, Eric Campbell and Jose Perez; his grandchildren, Jorian Charlton Santos (Niles), Omari Charlton, Quillan Campbell, Chad Campbell (Krystill), Ryan Campbell, Evan Campbell, Thomas Perez, Alex Perez and Roderick Ackerman (Imani); and his great grandchildren, Soleil Santos, Zoie Ackerman and Zuri Ackerman. He is also survived by friends who lovingly refer to him as "Dad".
