She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur David Rice and Emma Stella Brewton Rice; her siblings, Orlando, Flora, Hazel, John and Mildred; and her son Charles.

She is survived by: her children, Kenneth, Joyce, Jimi and Nancy; and her sister Lois Beverly. She is also survived by her four children, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
