He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Raiffe (Taylor) and William "Buddy" Raiffe; his sister Shirley Wright; and his nephew Hubert Scott. He is survived by: his sister Joan Clark; his nieces and nephews, Rick Scott (Diane), Leslie Clark, Kevin Clark, Roxanne Jordan of Jacksonville, FL and Patricia Brown (James Williams); and his nieces-in-law, Linda Scott and Ellen Evans. He is also survived by many cousins, grand-, and great-grand nieces and nephews.
