We bid farewell to Justina Balbosa Payne of Norfolk, Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 31, 2025 at the age of 70. Justina Balbosa touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Crucita and Pedro Balbosa of Rio Claro; and her sisters, Valentina and Christiana. She is survived by: her former husband Calvin Payne; her sons, Rudolph and Clinton; her siblings, Esmeralda, Theresa, Mary, Christine, Benita, John and Simon; and her daughter-in-law Marcia. She is also survived by five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bongarzone Funeral Home (2400 Shafto Rd, Tinton Falls, NJ 07712).
