Higgins (Tinton Falls, New Jersey), born in Hazlet, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 58, on August 22, 2019. She is survived by: her children, Nicole, Taylor and Mark; her siblings, Nancy Roller (Paul) and John Oliver (Marilyn); and her siblings' children, Alyssa Machain, Brielle Roller and Paul Roller.
