He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas McLoughlin and Anne McLoughlin (Hughes); and his sisters, Ann Boyd of Maryland and Mary McLoughlin. He is survived by: his wife Eileen McLoughlin (O'Keefe); his brothers, John McLoughlin of White Plains and Thom McLoughlin; his sister-in-law Barbara McLoughlin (Killeen); his son-in-law Michael Tracy; his granddaughter Kelsey Higgins; Kevin McLoughlin of Tuckahoe, NY, Joanie McLoughlin of Middlesex, NJ, Eileen Higgins, Thomas J McLoughlin of White Plains and Erin Tracy (McLoughlin). He is also survived by many cousins and beloved nieces and nephews.
