He was predeceased by: his parent William T.; and his former wife Mary (Fitzsimons). He is survived by: his parent Sarah Tobias (Bowen); his wife Fran (Mangan); his children, William J. Tobias of Hoboken, Clare Ditrio (Nicholas) of Tenafly and Colin Tobias of Hoboken; and his stepchildren, Patrick Dunican of Farmingdale, N. J, John Dunican of Farmingdale, N. J and Mary Fran Ullman of Farmingdale, N. J. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
