She is survived by: her husband Julius J Surko; her children, Glenn J Surko, Carol J Winkelman (Steve), Louis Cappellino and Susan Coterillo; and her sisters, Marie Marano and Louise Gnatowsky. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
