With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Joy Scalese (Toms River, New Jersey), born in Neptune, New Jersey, who passed away on June 23, 2023 at the age of 6. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, David Scalese and Laura Scalese; her brothers, Sebastian and Theo; her grandparents, Patti Pfluge and David Hale; and her cousins, Andrew, Matthew, Keaton, Holden, Lennon, Max, Maya, Noah, Seneca, Zachary, Nicholas, Elijah, Benjamin, Phoenix and Coombes. She is also survived by many uncles, aunts and cousins.

Donations to The Ashley Lauren Foundation can be made in lieu of flowers to help other children battling cancer around New Jersey.
