He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Richard and Susan Malphurs; his stepchildren, Michael Carpenter and Hope Carpenter; his grandchildren, Christopher, Pamela, Robert, Kim, Caleb and Elisha; and his great grandchildren, Mahcaila, Gaige, Cole, Ashton and Winter.
