He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy"; his children, Penny Shank of Forked River, Dawn Carbonetto of Toms River and Rob Provost of Toms River; his siblings, Richard Provost of Manchester, NJ, Raymond Provost of Dover, DE, Flo Galassini of Florida and Evelyn Husaranko; and his grandchildren, Cassandra Shank and Nicholas Carbonetto.
