He was predeceased by: his close friend Barbara Stuart Farley. He is survived by: his parent Patrick James Farley, Sr.; his stepparent Louise DePodesta; his siblings, Michael Farley, Lynn Damon, Jo-Ann Farley and Susan Ruzzo; and his siblings' children, Enoch Farley of Patrick Ruzzo and Dylan Farley of Aiden Damon.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Patrick's memory to the New England Center for Children (https://www.necc.org) in Southborough, MA.
