He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jacob and Gladys Jacob. He is survived by: his wife Veronica; his daughters, Tricia Jacob, Danielle Jacob and Tara Keenan; his son-in-law Brian; his grandchildren, Tyler, Briana and Brian Jr.; and his siblings, Charles Jacob (Maryann), James Jacob (Mary) and Mary Bolbrock (Al). He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
