He is survived by: his wife Sandra (Mujica); his children, Ricky, Russell, Michael, Herbert Jr., Karrie, Yolanda, Frances and Maria; and his sisters, Irene Cooper and Charlotte Cooper. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren.
