She was predeceased by: her husband John Givens, Sr.; and her granddaughter Maggie. She is survived by: her children, John "Jay" Givens (Ann Marie) of Melbourne, FL, Maureen DeRose (Edward Roche) of Toms River, Patrick Givens of Long Branch, NJ and Eileen Givens of Orlando, FL; her siblings, Ken, Chris Adler and Judy Beausoleil; her grandchildren, Nicole, Caitlin, Johnny, Annie and Jordan; and her great grandchildren, Braydon and Avery.
