She is survived by: her children, Jean and Loan; her sister Helen Siembab of White Plains, NY; her brother-in-law Paul Lewandowski; her children, Julie (Gil Morejon), Gilbert and Jason; and her grandchildren, Andrea of Toms River, Peter (Anna Lewandowski), Erica, Christina, Michael of Houston, TX, Laura (Robert Anderson), Jessica and Adam of Brick, NJ..
