He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Reynolds and Katherine Reynolds; and his son-in-law Richard Earl Williams. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; and his children, Thomas Allen (Jill Meglino), Lisa Allen, Kelly Williams of Ventnor, NJ and Terri Allen-Crafton of Hudson, FL. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
