He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Arthur, Mary Snyder, Joseph and Tess Ciaccio; his parents, Wilean "Lee" and Salvatore Ciaccio; his siblings, Greg, Ro Ciaccio, Cindy, Albert Soto, Lisa, Richard Harrison and David Ciaccio; his nieces and nephews, Donna Marie, Jason Homme, Danielle Ciaccio, Dana Ciaccio, Emory Lund, Deanna, Cameron Stacke, Caitlin Ciaccio-Soto, Kyle and Danielle Petty; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Justin Ciaccio, Haley, Natalie Homme, Kyle David, Connor, Ryan Petty and Adalynn. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends, including Jeffery Evans his caregiver and friend.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
