He is survived by: his parents, Joseph F. Crowley and Gloria Polcaro Crowley; his wife Nancy; his children, Cheryl and Jeffrey; his sister Gloria Heydeck; and his nieces, Kathleen Bade and Joanna Fox. He is also survived by four nephews, and cousins.
