He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius and Anna; his brothers, Thomas, Connie and Jackie; his daughter Mary Cooney; and his great grandchild Marcus Vasil.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Goodman (Matthews); his children, Betty Anne Vasil (Rich) of Manchester, Margie Marranca (Frank) of Manchester, Joe Goodman (Mary Ellen) of Spring Lake, Terry Williams (David) of Waretown, Mark Goodman (Cyndi) of Lincroft and Christine Edzek of Colonia; his brother James Goodman (Joan) of Mahanoy City, PA.; and also Thomas Cooney of Glen Falls, NY.. He is also survived by his 7 children, 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
