He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Lakewood; his wife Peggy Bell (West); his children, Patricia Montgomery (Scott), Kevin Bell (Jennifer) and Michael Bell; his brothers, Andrew Bell and James "Kevin" Bell; and his grandchildren, Seaman Connor Montgomery (US Navy), Caitlyn Montgomery, Tyler Bell, Noah Bell and Savannah Bell.
