He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Ann Minervini; and his siblings, Michael, Sergio and Rose Consolatore. He is survived by: his daughters, Terry Cieri (Bobby), Maureen Gachina and Doretta Carbone (Michael). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Right to Life in Mario's name.
