She was predeceased by: her husband Denis Mitchell, Sr.; and her son Kevin. She is survived by: her children, Denise Kebeck (Edmond) of Toms River, Denis Jr. (Lori) of Toms River and Joseph (Kathryn) of Lanoka Harbor; and her grandchildren, Meaghan, Rachael, Nicole, Joseph Michael, Denis Patrick, Amanda and Kayla.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Nancy's name to Kevin Mitchell/KBA Scholarship fund (Donovan High School, Toms River).
