He was predeceased by: his father Emanuel Rivera. He is survived by: his fiancée Sharon L. Cornell; his children, Justin Rivera, Nicanor Rivera, Jr., Ajani Quinones and Xavia Rivera; his mother Elizabeth Avellanet; his siblings, Annette Hernandez, Nordelis White, Nilda Ramos, Harvey Rivera and Robin Avellanet; and his grandson Kaiden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, and brothers-in-law.
