He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry and Beatrice (Alley); and his siblings, Donald, Harry Jr. and Lois.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Murphy); his children, Richard Regg Jr., Rick M. Elliott, Elizabeth Quinby, Deborah Steenburg, Patricia Shafto, Laura Ann O'Connor and Lynn Marie O'Connor; his sisters, Doris, Beatrice, Dinah and Linda; and his friend March. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
