She was predeceased by: her siblings, Herbert, John, Maurice, James and Betty Godfrey; and her son John J. Macchiarelli.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Napolitano (Richard), Donna Skulitz, Kathleen Skulitz (William) and Roseann Macchiarelli; her grandchildren, Kathryn Quacquarini (Ronnie), Nicole Skulitz (Robyn Bergman), Gregory Napolitano (Katelyn), Sara Wood, Caitlin Skulitz (Rich Lopez), Jeffrey Wood and Gabrielle Napolitano; her stepgrandsons, Joshua and Tyler Skulitz; and her great grandchildren, Karmello and Julliana Wood.
