With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas C. Hill of Toms River, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 7, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Arleen; his brothers, Stephen Hill (Aileen) and David Winters (Amy Parenteau); and his nieces and nephews, Brian, Amanda (Jeffrey Winters), Stephen, Jr. and Ryan (Jason Hill).

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines, indoor capacity is limited to 90 people and social distancing and masks are required indoors.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Shore Vineyard Church would be greatly appreciated.
