He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocco Mastropasqua and Clara Mastropasqua; and his sisters, Sue, Anna and Claire.

He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Mastropasqua; his children, John Mastropasqua, Cheryl Mastropasqua-Baccello, Donna Mastropasqua-Valentino and Michelle Cleveland (Jim Cleveland); his sisters, Marie McLaughlin and Debbie Morale; his grandchildren, Alese, Anthony, Rocco, Nico, Jimmy, Nicholas and Steven; and his great grandchild Lina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to The Kidney Foundation and Deborah.
