He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa; his parents, Walter Hill and Margaret Hill; and his siblings, James and Lillian.

He is survived by: his sons, William "Will" Hill, Jr. and Robert Hill.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to the VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars) in Bill's name.
