It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Defilippis (Totowa, New Jersey), who passed away on March 10, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Ralph; her child John Joseph DeFilippis; and her sibling Fortune Fuchs (Bill). She is survived by: her child Denise DeFilippis (Nick Dasaro); her grandchild Jared; and her siblings, Pee Wee, Nicholas DeFilippis (Ida), Marie Pompei (Don), Joseph "Moe" DeFilippis (Joy) and Angelina DeFilippis.

Donations may be made to National Shrine of St. Gerard, St. Lucy's Church, 118 Seventh Avenue, Newark NJ 07104.
