He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Giuseppa. He is survived by: his children, Anna Maria Agresti of Italy, Silvia Farinella of Totowa, NJ and Anthony Agresti of Mendham, NJ; and his fathers, Frank Agresti and Pastor of Our Lady. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
