He was predeceased by: his wife Grace Cozzolino; his siblings, Carmela, Luigi, Vincenzo, Louise, Emilia and Genona Cozzolino; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Palmieri.

He is survived by: his children, Maria Henderson (William), Linda Bukowski (John) and George Cozzolino; his grandchildren, William, Kayla, Brian, Jon and Jenna; his sisters, Ninette Palmieri and Angelina Cozzolino; his close friends, Sammy, Gemma, Franny, Brandy and Rocky; and his pet Venito. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
