He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carol Macaluso, Bernard'Butch" Kuiken, Charles "Cookie" Kuiken, Maryann Guendjoian and Stephen Kuiken Van Setters.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Kuiken of Totowa; his son John Anthony Kuiken of Totowa; his siblings, William Kuiken (Sue) of Florida, Edward Kuiken (Lynn) of Florida and Lorraine "Dee" Walsworth of Oklahoma; and his sibling-in-law Sal Ciaravino. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home (111 Union Blvd, Totowa, NJ 07512). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the same location.
