She was predeceased by: her father Louis Cappuccio; and her husband Frank. She is survived by: her children, Terry Guzowski (Drew Galorenzo) and Frank Guzowski (Kim); her grandsons, Jake and Dominick Guzowski; and her sister Lori DelBuono. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to St. Bonaventure Church.
