He was predeceased by : his father John P. O'Connell Sr.; and his brother John P. O'Connell Jr.. He is survived by : his mother Lorraine O'Connell (Piretra); his daughters, Ashley (Christopher) and Alexis; and his siblings, Timothy, Mary, Thomas (Pirkko), Ann (Roger), Michael and Kathleen (Scott). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
