She was predeceased by: her former husband William Stephens; her husband Philip Green; and her sister Lois Miller. She is survived by: her children, Catherine Forlines (James) of Southampton, NJ and John F. Stephens of Boone, CO; her granddaughter Samantha Forlines; and her stepsons, Paul Green (Rose) of Rome, NY and Philip "Mark" Green (Nancy) of Atkinson, NH. She is also survived by 7 step-grandchildren and various nieces & nephews.
