He is survived by: his mother Carmen Ortiz; his children, Erika DiDomenico (Patrick) and Alex Ortiz (Kelly); and his siblings, Maria, Abigail, Millie Ortiz, Joaquin Ortiz, Jr. and Juan Ortiz (Lillian). He is also survived by grandchildren who were his life, his nieces, nephews, godchildren and countless family and friends.
