He is survived by: his sister Rosalind Brown of Pleasantville, NJ; his wife Mildred; his daughters, Josette Franklin of Los Angeles, CA and Lisa Wilson (Chris) of Jamesburg, NJ; his grandchildren, Bria Wilson and Chase Wilson; his siblings-in-law, Rosa May Kelly of Atlantic City, NJ, Lillian Johnson of Atlantic City, NJ and Rayenard Mitchell of Galloway, NJ; his sibling's children, Stephanie "Princess" Caldwell (Stephen), LaVonne "Pookie" Smalls, Sherman, Sheldon "Yakki" and Jay Hicks; and his friends, Richard Sclafford, Dave Phillips, Bill Lyght, Hillard Preston, Teddy Thomas and Tom Watts. He is also survived by his parents who were from Barbados, Joseph N. Franklin, Sr. and Josephine Moe; his sister.
