Gonzalez of Peralta; his children, Geraldina Gomez (Juan Antonio), Javier Peralta (Wendy), Felix Antonio Peralta (Elisa Urena), Julian Peralta (Griselda), Martha Gomez (Emiliano), Santo Peralta (Sugel Fernandez), Erasmo Peralta (Cornelia), DiosMary Peralta (Luis Reyes), Angelina Peralta (Andy Torres), Digmari Bonilla and Porfiro Duran; his siblings, Herminio, Victoria, Amparo and Sasule Peralta; his grandchildren, Joanny, Johnny, Isaias, Kevin, Kerandy, Kiefer, Jonathan, Denise, Steven, Jailyn, Jary, Grismeldi, Juniel, Johan, Alvin, Erany, Delany, Chantal, Christian, Angel and Andrew; and his great grandchildren, Jordeny, Jadiel, Sophia, Jariel, Ethan and Genesis. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members and friends.
