She is survived by: her son Tony Azevedo (Mary); her son-in-law James Ciacciarelli; her sister Julia; her grandchildren, Anthony, Nicholas, Nancy Azevedo, Eric and Annmarie Ciacciarelli; and her great grandchildren, Dante, Isabella and Mia.
