She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Pickell (Keppler) and George H. Pickell; her former husband John J. Albinowski; her son John S. Albinowski; and her husband Harold Mihalak.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Majewski, Susan Macpherson (Ronald) and Janet Mastriano (Gary); her grandchildren, Vincent Majewski (Bridgette), Dawn MykuIak (Robert), Bonnie Blanchard (Arthur), Kimberly Gelardi (Christopher), Jodi Macpherson, Daniel Macpherson, Jessica Abbruzzese, Gary (Debbie) and John Mastriano; and her great grandchildren, KaitIyn, Courtney, Codey, Zachary, Chance, Owen, ElIa, Nicholas and Preston. She is also survived by her husband, children and her beloved dogs.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Carolyn's name to her favorite charities St Judes and the Humane Society.
