He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his children, Frances Kulisz Andrea Pellegrino (Steve) and David Capuano (Michelle); his grandchildren, Tyler, Alexis, Noelle, Emma, Nicholas, Sophia and Mikey; and his siblings, Michael, James (Daysy), Kathleen (Stush) and Ellen Mazure. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
