He is survived by: his parents, James O'Neill and Mary O'Neill (Coulter); his daughters, Jennifer O'Neill and Kelley Slater (Mike Slater); his stepdaughter Marie Acevedo (Rey Acevedo); his grandchildren, Addison and Jax Slater; and his brothers, Dennis O'Neill, Michael O'Neill (Ann) and Scott O'Neill (Lana). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and friends.
