He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mazik and Lillian; and his brother Richard "Dick" Mazik. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Janet Hilson of Fredon Township; and his sisters-in-law, Jennifer Gentilucci of East Stroudsburg, PA and Judy Mazik of Portland, OR. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
