He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Joan Slein (Michael), Kelli Petino (Pete) and Stacie Gallagher; his siblings, James Dougherty, Ronald Dougherty, Robert Dougherty, Raymond Dougherty and Genevieve Dougherty; his grandchildren, Emily, Julia, Kassidy, Abbey and Luke; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Marie Miller and Arlene Moore. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation Tuesday from 4 - 8 PM In lieu of flowers donations to St. Genevieve's Parish 200 Monmouth Rd. Elizabeth NJ 07208 would be appreciated in his name.
